In the business of connections since day one

Gold Vois started as a one-stop center for a wide range of enterprise and SME office communication solutions. We went on to become a Telekom Malaysia partner for Multi-line SIP, Smart Call, DOME (Direct Over Metro-E), and Unifi services. Throughout our partnership with TM, we were awarded the TM Top Performer Partner for eleven consecutive years (2007 - 2017).

Gold Vois has evolved from its core business of voice solutions. With our renewed focus on contact center solutions and customer relationship management (CRM), Gold Vois is set to continue on its path to enable businesses the chance to better communicate, understand and engage their customers in the hopes of building meaningful connections. 

Key personnel

Thong Teck Yoong
Founder and CEO

Mr Thong has extensive experience in sales management and business development across different industries, including close to two decades in the telecommunications industry.

 

Mr Thong holds a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Economics from the University of East Anglia, a Masters of Arts (South-East Asian Studies) from the University of Hull and attended INSEAD Management School at Fountainebleau.

Eric Chew
AGM, Solutions

Eric has twenty three years of experience in the telecommunications industry and has in depth specialization in hotel systems, call center solutions and project management. His expertise is in complex voice solution consultancy. He has Prince2 Foundation Certification.

Datuk Zaini Diman
Director

Datuk Zaini Diman joined the board of Gold Vois Sdn Bhd in 2019. Datuk Zaini has held various senior positions in TM including CEO MTN Networks Sri Lanka, Head of TM International Ventures Division, VP TM Global, VP TM Selangor and VP TM Strategic Government Projects. Datuk Zaini holds a Bachelors of Electronics and Electrical Engineering from the University College of Swansea and MSc in Telecommunications Management from the University of Strathclyde. He is PE registered with the Board of Engineers, Malaysia

Daphne Chin
Head of Sales & Marketing

Daphne is responsible for the sales and marketing roles. She brings over twenty years of experience in IT networking sales. Daphne holds a Bachelors of Arts from the University of Melbourne, Postgraduate Diploma (Economics) from the University of Melbourne and Graduate Diploma (Finance) from the University of Melbourne.
