Gold Vois started as a one-stop center for a wide range of enterprise and SME office communication solutions. We went on to become a Telekom Malaysia partner for Multi-line SIP, Smart Call, DOME (Direct Over Metro-E), and Unifi services. Throughout our partnership with TM, we were awarded the TM Top Performer Partner for eleven consecutive years (2007 - 2017).
Gold Vois has evolved from its core business of voice solutions. With our renewed focus on contact center solutions and customer relationship management (CRM), Gold Vois is set to continue on its path to enable businesses the chance to better communicate, understand and engage their customers in the hopes of building meaningful connections.
